Delete your account and its data

1. Sign in to your FlyHere account.
2. Open Delete account on the Account page and confirm.

Email support@flyhere.app from the address linked to the account with FlyHere account deletion request in the subject. We will verify ownership and process the request without undue delay.

The active profile, drone list, sign-in methods, sessions and account data are deleted or anonymised. Delete local history and the pilot credential in the app as well, or uninstall the app.

Accounting records for payments, refunds and rewards may remain for the period required by law, detached from the active profile. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription, so cancel it with the relevant store first.
